The brilliantly written two-hander was a sell-out success when the guys first performed it at the Merlin several years ago. Mike Kelly and Matt Devere perform all fifteen parts in this tragicomic story of a Hollywood movie being shot in a small Irish village. Through family and friends Mike and Matt have strong Kerry connections, which is where the play is set, so it has a particularly strong resonance for them. The two actors play everything, from the leading lady right through to the young village boy who dreams of being „in the movies".
Director László Magács and Madhouse work together again on this multi-award winning classic.

Mike Kelly and Matt Devere met at the prestigious London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art (LAMDA) where they trained for three years in the mid 1990s and have been best friends ever since.They formed Madhouse at the Merlin Theatre in 2000 and have since delighted audiences in Budapest and all over Europe with a broad range of shows. Their repertoire includes One Set to Love, Marie Jones: Stones in His Pockets, Arthur, Part One - The Legend Begins, Simon Stephens: Pornography at the MERLiN, and The Complete Works of Shakespeare (abridged) at the National Theatre. Mike and Matt are also constantly adding to their list of film credits, most recently playing in Hellboy directed by Oscar nominee Guillermo Del Torres, Season of the Witch with Nicholas Cage and the Pillars Of the Earth, the monumental screen adaptation of Ken Follett's novel.
